You must have a minimum of 200 credits in your account to start a Campaign. Once you have enough credits, do the following:
Go to the Promote Dashboard.
Select the which track/playlist to use, from your public tracks on Soundcloud.
Set up your campaign on the Repost Campaigns tab.
Select a settings preset or create your own custom preset.
You can then enable/disable CommentPlus and LikePlus.
If you are a Pro Plan subscriber, you will also be able to use the Campaign Accelerator, Repost Clean Up and set Custom Campaign Rules:

Confirm your order and start your campaign:
