Giving feedback on other members' tracks earns you 15-25 credits per completed review, depending on your plan. You listen, mark the moments that stand out, and answer a short questionnaire. Everything you submit is anonymous.
Find a track
Head to 'Feedback Reports' in the side menu and open the 'Provide Feedback' tab.
You'll see tracks that are waiting for reviews. By default, we show tracks that fit your profile genres. Click 'All genres' to see more, or 'My genres' to go back to your own.
Press play on the track you'd like to review and listen for 5 seconds. The 'Give feedback' button unlocks once the counter reaches 5 / 5 seconds.
Click 'Give feedback' to open the review page.
On the review page
You have 20 minutes to submit your review. The timer shows in the top right ('Time left to submit'). Your work saves automatically, and 'Save and exit' takes you back to the list.
Press play and start listening. The progress bar under the player shows how far you are. The 'First Impressions' questions unlock after the first minute, and the remaining questions unlock after about 3 minutes of listening. You need to listen to at least 3 minutes of the track, or all of it if it's shorter.
Mark moments as you listen. Click the heart for parts that sound great, or the flag for parts that need attention. Each click saves the current time in the track. Add as many as you like, but you need at least 1. Click the bin icon next to a marker to remove it.
Take private notes. Use the 'Private notes' box to jot things down while you listen. Only you can see these.
Answer the questions. Questions with a star (*) are required.
Write your feedback. In 'If you could tell this artist ONE thing about this track, what would it be?' write at least 80 characters. Be specific, constructive, and honest, and start with the most important point. 'What's working that they should keep?' is optional. NOTE: Write your feedback yourself. Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT) must not be used to write, edit, or translate feedback. Your account may be restricted if we detect AI tools being used.
Click 'Submit report'.
After submitting, credits are added to your balance.
